I think Carlo has a tough job and i hope Abromavich realises it .What Carlo seems to charged with doing is 1. like all our previous managers win the C.L 2.reshape the system of play since J.M we have based our game in spine of Terry, Lamps,Drogba age is going to end that soon Carlo has got to bring about a change in style and players while using what he has got and while bringing in new players thaty can play our current style and any future system that he might have in mind. 3.keep us in the top 4 4. keep us the fans happy the hardest thing of all to do. This season has not been the best ,yet we have seen the short comings in some of our long standing players their failure to be able to adopt another system of play other than 4-3-3 . When we do try anything else success is limited to games against smaller teams. Those that think we do not need to be able to play any other system look at how scum scousers changed their system with ease against us and got the points
