No one is actually close to MOTM standard. I might give it to Ivan. Alex and Josh close to it. Iva, Alex and Josh are the only chelsea players that shown they wanted to play the game. Others doesn't seem to care about the last season home game. I can see Carlo was truly disappointed to our lads, especially the seniors. Lampard and Terry. I don't know what the hell was happening to them. Terry, if you look at both goals, it's actually his fault. He's lack of concentration, everything! I can't really blame at Lampard, aging is catching on him. He's slow, his reactions is slow. It's all slow around him. Anelka. Facepalm. I can just tell him to f**k off. What a terrible match. He can run anywhere he wanted. He can even pressed a newcastle player that already 2 chelsea players around him. I was like, "what the hell is nico doing there?!", he's getting on my nerves. Ramires, he was like a clueless guy running up and down on the pitch. Sigh. Price tag pressure is climbing on Torres. His touch is utterly awful to watch. Not only touches, his positioning was weird. No one in the team wanted to pass to him. The team are all messed up. MESSED UP. We play without formation. Example, sometimes 6 players are on 442 formation. while another 5 players are playing in 433 formation. Or even worse, 4 players are playing 4321, 3 players are playing 433, then another 4 players are playing 442. You got that image right? I don't know what should we do against Everton this week. Please, give the fans some confidence.

No one on for Thomas Hitzlsperger from West Ham? He's a great player, left footed. Great vision and have a good long shot ability. I would like to grab a winger, Nzogbia! His skills are awesome but sometimes he did too much. Maybe that's Wigan playing style? Lastly, I would say relegated player, WORTH a punt. CARLO!

It would be interesting to play Luiz in Makelele's role, but I don't think playing him and Ramires in CDM will work. Ramires is a great attacker, putting him to hold the midfield is a bit of waste. I would put him in a more attacking role. We need Mikel or a deep lying playmarker to hold the midfield. It would be pretty dangerous without a main man in a 5 man midfield. ------------ Cech ------------ Ivan - Alex - Terry - Cole ------ Mikel/deep lying playmarker - Luiz ------ Sanchez/Sturridge - Ramires - Zhirkov ----------- Torres ----------- If we want to cut down the expenses, we can use Sturridge at the right wing role instead of splashing the money on Sanchez. Wow, looks like we only need to buy a playmarker in this summer. I really want Carlo to try this. Hope he can hear us :)

Any of you guys fancy german football system? I can see our squad suit 4-2-3-1 formation perfectly. --------Torres----------- Wing-Ramires--Sturridge -----Mikel-----Lampard/New playmarker Ashley-Terry/Alex-Luiz-Iva Cech We only have to invest on left wing, and a new playmarker. I think Iva is fine with right back position. If we compare to german system, Torres is playing as Klose role. Fast, counter attack, has clinical finishing. Ramires is playing as Ozil role. Energetic, fast, unlimited stamina. Sturridge is playing as Mueller role. Can score goals, has the pace and the skills to penetrate the defense. Mikel is playing Khedira role as a CDM. Lampard is playing Bastian role as box to box midfielder. A new playmarker player might replace Lampard or Mikel. And of course, our defense is a lot better than germany. This is pretty amazing, Ramires and Sturridge can often switch place to attack since Sturridge is fine with right and centre role. I watched Sturridge played right in Bolton, and it works pretty comfortable for him. Neymar should fit into left wing perfectly. Would be an interesting buy for us this summer. Drogba can play behind Torres and his passes nowadays are awesome. I believe he can play behind Torres and both of them can dominate the opponent defense. What do you guys think about this system?
