  1. Good shout. Trouble is, most grounds are accessible from all sides, ours is only accessible from Fulham Road.
  2. Very good report of the meeting by Sam Wallace. The Independent purchased a share in his name once the proposal was announced, hence he was at the EGM. He has covered the whole affair brilliantly from start to finish, and as we all know, it ain't finished yet .. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/chelsea-fans-from-all-walks-of-life-but-united-in-anger-2376788.html
  3. The best bit about that Steve c**ty interview was him coming over all sympathetic to Ashley Cole. That's right folks, the guy he's crucified a million times. He was saying how poor Ashley's caught in the middle because he's black and very close to the Ferdinands, basically imploring Ashley not to back up Terry's story in this. Hysterical. When they need Ashley to fit their own agenda suddenly they become all lovey-dovey towards him. w**ker. The press are baying for blood. It is ironic in the extreme that Ashley is the person obscuring our view of Terry in the clip during the crucial moment. Poetic justice indeed. That may be enough to save Terry's skin, and I hope Ashley does exactly the opposite of what every moral crusader and opinion-former in this country wants him to do, because they are the very same people who have made his life a living misery. As soon as Ashley gives him what he wants, you can bet Steve c**ty will go back to slagging him again. What a complete and utter tosser. Rant over.
  4. Fair comment. I retract my statement. I just think if this had been handled better, there would have been a far more positive outcome, that allowed Chelsea to move to a spanking new stadium close by. Some of the things he has done and which have come out have not done him any favours, but I agree we could do a lot worse. He's pretty harmless really, I'd have thought, but I do not find him an impressive individual. Apparently his performance today at the EGM was remarkable for its incompetence and ibecility. No doubt we will learn more later.
  5. Maybe mate. I don't think he's conducted himself well at all.
  6. Won't be surprised if Roman wields the axe on Buck. Good riddance in my opinion. Total idiot.
  7. Steve Curry is a c**t. Pardon my French, but in this case it's very appropriate.
  8. It's the right result in my opinion, and it sends the right message to the club. They thought a PR offensive was more important than the wording of the proposal. They need to re-draft that proposal and address the concerns of fans in writing, not with words. The proposal should speak for itself. They should not have to prop someone up to speak on its behalf. The minute they do that they are arousing suspicion. Incredibly poorly handled by baboons.

  10. I'm going to say something that's not going to go down well with some of you guys, but here goes, and this is in spite of the fact I have posted many times of my admiration for Terry .. He is an idiot. I've seen the clip and no-one can convince me he hasn't said what he's alleged to have said. I've heard all the arguments so spare me. In my opinion he says, "Hey, Hey, Anton, you f**king black c**t. f**king knobhead." He says it to himself, not to anyone else. He shouts it out but no-one can hear him. I just don't buy his explanation. It sounds plausible but it doesn't stack up, not in my book. He's out of earshot of Ferdinand, he's angry he's frustrated he's exasperated, and it comes out. Does this mean he's a bad guy? Or a racist? No. But he said it. It's f**king clear as day. As soon as he's learned he's been caught he's come out with the only explanation he (or his agent, or the club, or the manager) can think of, and I don't blame him for that, but the clip suggests otherwise to me, and I don't believe Ferdinand asked him if he had called him that, in the moments before we see Terry in that clip. I just don't believe it, and Ferdinand isn't backing up his story. My guess is that Ferdinand's seen the clip, he's heard Terry's explanation, he knows it's a pack of lies, hence his reason for not saying anything but allowing QPR to report it. After all, he is a black man, and it may rile him, despite their supposed friendship. Let's assume Terry's telling the truth for a minute .. He's still an idiot. There are cameras everywhere. Racism is a hot potato. Suarez has just been reported for f**k's sake. Liverpool and Man Utd are in the news. Liverpool have tried to change the way television revenues are distributed. Man Utd have just been tonked at home. City have the Tevez saga. For once in our lifetimes the focus is on other clubs, not us. They're getting it in the neck. Not us. We are quietly going about our business. Terry should have the good sense not to say "black c**t" on a Premiership football field under any circumstances. He has de-railed our campaign and once again we are the subject of everybody's hate. The Arsenal game will just be a sideshow like the City game was last time he caused controversy. He will be under intense scrutiny. It can't be good for his health, or that of his kids. He should use his f**king brain. We don't need this. We do not need this. It was a stupid thing to say, at best. It also takes the focus off Chris Foy, who was the real villain of the piece. There will be a whole debate now about his captaincy, like there was last time. He represents a multi-racial society (unlike Spain for instance, where such a thing would be brushed under the carpet). He is England's captain. He will be vilified and there is no way he can carry on, mark my words. He has lost the armband. It will go. Black people won't have it, nor will the do-gooders. What are black Chelsea fans supposed to think? He is our leader. Don't say it John. Don't say it. I feel sorry for him because he is the victim of his own personality. He's a great guy, a great player, a great leader, but he's an idiot. I'm sorry. If he's lied about what's happened on the pitch I'm not surprised Ferdinand has not gone along with it. I just don't buy that version of events, having seen the clip. I think he's in a lot of trouble and I feel sad. I have no doubt Ashley Cole will back his captain, and I hope he will. I don't think what Terry's done is the worst thing in the world, far from it, he's just been stupid, and I think Ashley has enough loyalty to Terry, to Chelsea, and enough loathing of the press to stand by his man, particularly as he was on the pitch on Sunday, and he knows what was going on, and no way would he want QPR to emerge any more victorious than they have already. I know I'll get loads of flak for this but I'm a Chelsea fan of many years and Terry is probably my all-time favourite player. He came through the ranks he is England captain and we wouldn't have won titles without him. Furthermore, when we went to the Nou Camp and drew 0-0 under Hiddink, he gave the finest individual display I have ever seen in a Chelsea shirt. We were the only team that stopped them scoring at their place all year, and we got hammered in the press for being defensive. Of course we all know what happened in the second-leg .. Chris Foy eat your heart out. I'm just giving my honest opinion. He's been a very silly boy. Perhaps lawyers will get hold of it and he may escape punishment, but he'll be tarnished forever, and he won't be leading out England at the Euros, which is very sad. In fact I think this is the beginning of the end of his England career, which may prove to be a good thing in the long run. You can shag your brother's missus, you can shag whores, you can take drugs, you can do all sorts of things, so long as you play for Man Utd, but being caught saying the words "black c**t" on a football field, that will have the do-gooders up in arms, and they may just be judge and jury on this one, never mind the fact foreign players are probably muttering all kinds of obsceneties all the time in their native tongues .. It's not going to go away folks, and it could have been avoided, if only he'd kept his mouth shut. Sorry John. You've got yourself to blame. It's going to be horrible out there. I can't wait for Ian Wright's next article in The Sun. I'm not excusing the press, but you've given them every opportunity, and they've got what they wanted, the chance to finally hammer you, and prove to Fabio they got it right all along. I hope you're made of strong stuff, because a lesser man would be driven to suicide. Seriously. As a Chelsea fan the thought of what's coming makes me sick.
  11. Some observations based on the highlights .. 1. The referee was a c**t. That was never a red card in a million years. A penalty and a yellow was sufficient. Saha was not going to score. Also, we had another blatent pen, when Distin barged Anelka, although you wouldn't know it from Anelka's reaction. 2. Anelka should never take another pen. In his whole life. 3. Anelka does my head in. As does Mikel. 4. In the last minute of normal time (I think it was) they have a free-kick outside the box, which is floated over and one of their players heads over when it was easier to score. Mikel is running back towards goal with his back to the ball. He is standing forming a wall, and then before the kick is taken, he decides to turn round and run into the box, without facing the ball. It is totally inept defending, as per usual. 5. I love watching Josh play, even if it's just for five minutes. 6. Liked the look of Bertrand in those clips. 7. We are playing very well with AVB. Very well indeed. His biggest mistake thus far was substituting Sturridge on Sunday instead of Drogba. I think he knew he would lose Drogba if he pulled him off, but good managers pick players on merit rather than reputation, and Sturridge is flying, whereas Drogba isn't. In the end it cost us the points as much as Foy's refereeing performance.
  12. I think we should all have a big ding-dong over the finer points of the game. Okay, none of us saw it but we'll probably talk more sense.
  13. I'm half tempted to do my match ratings even though I didn't watch the game or listen to it, I just followed it on this thread, so if you don't agree with them you only have yourselves to blame. Suffice to say Anelka and Mikel won't be getting top marks. Myself on the other hand .. Well I thought I put in a stellar performance.
  14. C'mon guys .. I want a rousing chorus .. http://www.thesheden...823#entry422823
  15. If it goes to spot kicks and Anelka takes one I'm going to shoot all of you. Luckily for you lot I make Anelka look accurate ..
  16. I'm in New Zealand and I can tell you we've won the league.
  17. I knew we had a sh*t defence but that's incredible.
  18. Sturridge is full of confidence and he's going to score. And when he does I want you all to say .. Davey Baby you's the man!
  19. If we're going to sue them it should be for being a mickey mouse small-time club. They'd be bang to rights.
