  1. Ive had a bet with my dad about what was chelseas lowest ever home attendance, I said it was 1988-89 season littlewoods cup game v sc**thorpe utd we drew 2-2 but went out 3-6 on agg. Attendance was a paltry 5,814 this was due partly tothe stands being shut due to crowd trouble vs middlesboro in the play off the season before when we were relegated. Can any fellows blues fans confirm this that it really is the lowest ever home game??? cmon the blues!....chelseablue1970
  2. Youve been saying the same thing all season buddy and yet we are only 3 pts behind manure. I have confidence in my team!!! Bolton game was like stepping back in time to 2004-05.
  3. Dont forget the manure have still got to come to the bridge, As for manure they struggled and was very lucky (again) against norwich city. their luck will run out no doubt. Chelsea for the title!!! Love all yawwlll, Chelsea Massive!
  4. Does none else think Chelsea can win the title only myself? aww cmon today was a vintage performance from Frank and the boys.
  5. Frank we all love you,Super Frank forever. Another chelsea legend.
  6. People please! I cannot believe how blown up this has become just because Frank didnt play against Swansea. Folk say hes finished at Chelsea and stormed off etc. what aload of bs, its just propaganda. No one knows how frank feels, only Frank himself. Ok Frank isnt playing like his normal self, also hes not scoring like his normal self, but he needs more time before anyone can say hes finished at chelsea. Only Frank and AVB will know. Its so frustrating how things get blown up all the time over 1 player missing 1 game!. As for Valencia game i expect Chelsea to win or at least get a point. Cannot see a defeat im afraid!. Cmon the blues!
  7. lol so you left kojak to get beaten up! chelsea faithfull.
  8. Bolton v chelsea a league cup game midweek around 96 cant remember for sure, Chelsea had about 600 behind the goal,Scott minto scored Gullit hit the bar, Chelsea lost 1-2 and it pi**ed down. The car park was like an old farmers field full of mud and massive puddles.
  9. Hi folks, id be interested in everones first games, be it at the bridge or away. My first game was a disaster somewhat it was season 1977-78 away at Everton. Chelsea lost 0-6 (yes 0-6) and Bob Latchford scored a hattrick to win the first player to score 30 daily mail award. 10,000 pound prize i think but cannot remember exactly. I was only 7 but for me i was addicted. Now ive been all over the country watching the mighty blues and will continue to do so aslong as i can get tickets as its alot harder now to watch a game then it was years ago. First home game for me was 1981-82 Newcastle Utd Chelsea won 2-1. I was sat opposite the main stand and where the cars used to park behind the goals. I wasnt allowed in the shed as i was only 11. I went on a coach special from Grimsby with my brother who was slightly older then myself.I remember running down the Kings Road towards the tube and looking behind me and seeing a policeman on a horse, the horse was bucking and opposing fans fighting. Unfortunatly for Chelsea the hooligan element was rife back then. Happy Days though and will always be in my memories. A damp and dreary winter night at the Bridge, but we won!!!. I was the only kid at my school with a Chelsea bag, The only supporter of Chelsea i suppose in my area apart from my brother. Oh how times have changed!!! cmon the mighty blues!
  10. I cannot find the game anywhere live :(. Unbelievable really for a derby game. Highlights should be on this link though not long after the gamnes finished. http://football-highlight.com/
  11. I defianlty dont agree with The Moos,Chelsea can win the premiership, course they can. Ok we lost at ot but did you watch the game we outplayed manure on a few occasions and has loads more chances they the home team did. We could quite easily have scored 5. As we lost you think we cannot win the prem or cl!, you must have faith buddy. I think Chelsea could quite easily win the premiership this year and what i saw on Sunday makes me belive now more so. 3rd Manure goal was a lucky deflection,Nanis goal was a wonderstrike and noone could have stopped that. But after all that Chelsea COULD have won quite easily. I dont remember going to ot last season and playing like that nor the season before when we won at ot. All we need is a decent run and put pressure on manure to drop points which they will. But cmon man its defiantly too early to say Chelsea arent gonna win the league dont ya think? CMON THE BLUES!
  12. At the end of the day ok its The Blues against manure so pretty important game but too early in the season to state its a be all and end all game. A defeat for either club wont be too damaging. I wish it was at the bridge though then The blues would definalty be favourites. But does it really matter after 5 games? no. Last season we were how many points clear? and look what happened. Peace N Love to all cmon the chews. One thing to expect though, im warning you all now not to expect anything the referee at ot. Its common practice that we wont ever get a penalty unless its a blatant handball or professional foul. Referees seem scared at ot or maybe its because there all on alex fergusons payroll!!! (just a suggestion lol),
  13. Had a dream last night, Torres scored at ot!!! Whoever plays for the blues they have the capabilty to win every game whether it be manure or anyone, you know this folks. By the way i would never play Mikel no way. Essien on crutches before mikel..Cmon the mighty chewsea!!
  14. Aw cmon now lads, you must have faith! we are unbeaten aint we so far in all comps. Who says we cant go upto ot and get a result, of course we can. Manure are playing well but we are still winning. My brother is a manure fan and we bet 20 quid everytime the teams meet and believe it or not i think we are about even ( been betting now for 8 years). Before last season i think i was 40 quid up lol. I think Luiz will start as he did ok tonight vs Bayer 04, also we need pace Bosingwa to run at them, Ashley down the other wing behing Mata who is a star. I dont think Torres will start, maybe he wont even play anytime in the 90 mins. Anyways cmon the mighty blues! Jus hope the drog is fit and will terrorize Vidic with his strength. Match prediction (if i dare!) Manure 1 Chelsea 1 or 2 lol. Dont forget its manures toughest game also this year so far. If we can keep rooney quiet we can win! I dont rate their keeper neither.
