I'd love to see someone like Lucas piazon come through along with Bertrand n mceachran,hazard us a great signing but I believe piazon has what it takes to be a world class player between now and 2015.

4 2 3 1, is the way forward or 3-2-4-1, get real roman wants us to play attacking football,3 at the back allows this but u need 2holding md players to allow all front men the chance to push forward. This formation will be extremely popular in the next few season. I am an experienced fifa coach,Milan,Barcelona and Ajax are experimenting this formation. 4-3-3 isn't attacking enough as most teams are playin this formation now. You can even make this formation 5-2-2-1 when on the defence which gives u amense power. Mark my words Chelsea fans.

We need a cm player who can dictate, lamps can do this but he's getting older now and won't play every game this season...modric/gotze or maybe schweinsteiger! Van der wiel is a must. Essien needs a good Pre season if he's going to stand a chance next season. Lamps will be playing a more dm position which he plays very well. Mikel will Play but needs to play like he did in ucl final more often. Ramires is pure class on grass. Cech Iva,luiz,terry,cole Holding midf lamps and mikel Mata hazard hulk Torres Cahil,Bertrand,van der wiel,lukaku,Sturridge will play a part on the bench but will all have fair share of games
