Oh so next time Mark Clattenburg makes a decision that goes against Man Utd (unlikely I know but not impossible) SAF will be crawling up his a*** and pretending they are best friends. Yeah right. Don't even joke about it! Another thoroughly decent man and a Chelsea legend is thrown away like the rubbish. Sick of it.

I need to come on here to feel amongst friends! The coverage Chelsea are getting is a complete disgrace as are Warnock, Wenger and especially Ferguson for giving us the benefit of their take on things. Hypocrisy doesn't even start to describe what's going on and I'm sick to death of it. Having said all that, I wish I had more confidence in Chelsea's PR Department.

Couldn't agree more. Obviously this is always going to be a subjective thing and if you're going by titles and trophies won then it would be hard not to have a top three of Lampard, Drogba and JT. However I would still vote for Zola, a true great in every way who was so respected by opposition fans that not only did they applaud him, they wanted to shake his hand as well. I still get goosebumps thinking about him! An honourable mention to Ricardo Carvalho as well. Certainly not our greatest ever player, but one of our greatest ever defenders, definitely. I don't think people realised just how good he was.

Hi Everyone Free transfer from another Chelsea forum... More of a reader than a poster but I do have my moments. I love reading all the differing views of Chelsea fans although it sometimes seems as if we are fighting each other a bit too much. Favourite ever Chelsea player? Well Franco of course, closely followed by the wonderful Ricardo Carvalho. He and JT in their prime were a sight to behold. Here's hoping we finish the season as well as we've started it :)
