He actually runs his own charity involving football memorabilia and the like - I wouldn't be too surprised to see it on there at some point (although that might annoy some of the higher ups, heh)

Wow. "an expectation of the rewards should the side land major honors". Shiekh Mansour is gonna soon realize the same thing Roman did a few years ago. Running a football club like this is expensive.

Its alright to give out things like that as a one off, but if the squad is gonna expect this kind of thing regularly, they are gonna turn into a money pit faster than we did.
