May 30, 201014 yr he struggled a little. spain had more of the ball and defending and pressing in the middle of a 442 is not his game. we were a little lucky, but some good performances. wickham looks a good player, but I wonder how much of that is down to his size and his ability to physically bully players. josh aside there were 1 or 2 more decent ball players but the spanish players will probably go further than most of ours. one other thing, chalobah, a 15 year old central defender, was immense. he's the other chelsea player in the side.

He really was superb in central defence wasnt he. Watched the match for Josh but as you say he struggled for possession so contented myself with being impressesd by Chalobah instead. Josh still managed to show some nice touches though, he makes it look so effortless, which is a bit bloody annoying. Gerard for Spain looked very good, best player on the pitch for me but held onto the ball far too much at times. Edited May 31, 201014 yr by dkw
