To all those hacks and know-nothings who love to slag our players for their inferior skills and technique (especially our skipper), look who is the most accurate passer in the Premiership. No, it's not a foreigner. It's someone the media like to portray as an old-fashioned 'hoof it up field' type of defender.

87% is a quite amazing statistic for the amount of passes he has done, the one that sticks out for me the most was that spectacular ball to ashley against sunderland when he got the goal of the season. I do remember at some stage of the season he went four games without a single pass going astray.

Not to mention that even with all the beautiful football played at arsenal they only managed 57 more passes than us last season

Actually most of Terry's passes are safe ones. It is a very good number but he usually passes to the closes guy. It also tells something about Chelsea. Our defenders are usually not the ones in a hurry.

Lampards numbers are just out of this world IMO. All the stats he is in it just tells you who is the man. 22 goals, 14 assists, 81% accuracy in passing from midfield, 20% success in shots and so on.. Man is at his best at 32.
