There have been fixture amendments made due to television coverage for the following games.

Our away clash with Tottenham Hotspur will now take place on Sunday 12 December at 4pm, rather than Saturday 11 December.

Manchester United at home is another 4pm Sunday kick off, having moved from 18 December to 19 December.

The Arsenal away match, originally set for Boxing Day, has moved to Monday 27 December with an 8pm kick off.

Bolton Wanderers at home has moved from Tuesday 28 December to Wednesday 29 December, kick off at 7.45pm.

Also, the home game against Aston Villa, which was planned to take place on New Year's Day, will now kick off at 1.30pm on Sunday 2 January.

Finally, the away clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers, set to be played on Tuesday 4 January, will now kick off at 7.45pm on Wednesday 5 January

What happened to 3pm on a Saturday huh? Oh yeah we became successful.

Hope these changes haven't impacted too much on peoples plans.

Well that sucks, I'll be there from the 27th to 2nd and was planning on going to Bolton and Aston Villa....how do Chelsea supporters get tickets to away matches? I may as well try to go to the Arsenal game now

for arsenal away, tickets are sold to season ticket holders and members, i think the split is 60/40 respectively. members will be able to purchase their tickets on a loyalty point basis, meaning you would have had to go to most gaems so far this season to stand a chance. if you're not a member or don't have enough points, you'll need to buy a spare off someone. i don't know if you can do it on here or not but there are other forums you can although i won't post a link out of respect in case shed end does have a facilityv (?).

anyway, i'm pissedd off with the arsenal change as i won't have an excuse for not staying in over christmas!

spuds top 4 last season means a sunday. which is also annoying but means an extra drinking hour.

i wish we just played 3 oclock saturday and one evening a week. like the old days. but unfortunately people who go to games are dominated by people who don't.

decmeber is going to be tough and we need to make sure marseille away is a nothing game by the time it comes round... meaning we've already qualified. if we're still top by the new year, we shoudl be able to kick on and put a bit of distcance between us and the others. i'd f**kingg love it love it love it to win the league at old trafford or home to spuds or hammers.

It's certainly pissed on my plans a bit. I was planning on going to the Bolton game but with it being moved to an evening ko I might have to have a rethink. Also Wolves away being pushed back hasn't done me any favours either.

Our fixtures in general couldn't be anymore difficult during December really. Everton at home to start is tricky as they do have a knack of going home with a point in recent years.

The squad will certainly be stretched during the Christmas period. The youngsters will have a good opportunity to shine though so can't complain.
