The body that brings prosecutions in the UK, the CPS, looked at the evidence you have seen online, and didnt proceed, presumably because there is other evidence that explains the entire pitcure, not just one side.

So you think along the lines of guilty until proven innocent, unless they play/ played or could play for Chelsea, whereby they're innocent until proven guilty.

And just becuase nothing has come from the police investigation so far, should Chelsea spend 80 million and risk the possibility of him actually being charged? not sure it makes business sense to me.

I get the impression some folk court controversy everywhere they go and with social media that makes things so much easier one can reach across continents with ease. Dropping in little bombs everywhere they go. Such is the modern world.
