It's going to be a blue day at Ibrox next Sat. We are all looking forward to seeing the Chelsea Blues. The Stadium Bar just round the corner from the ground is a good place to drink before the game.

alright boys,

where is a good place in london to watch the match at Ibrox?

Had planned to go up for the match but now I have to stay in London due to work, so would like to get a decent place to see the game, chelsea establisment preferred,

cheers guys

Wouldnt recomend the stadium bar , on non match days its very much a Celtic pub, try pubs around Kinning Park, last time the District and Grapes were good, real mix of Rangers and Chelsea.

Quick question on tickets mate. I joined the Rangers site to get some tickets, Ive got the tickets and they are just normal paper type ones. But I got an email from them telling me I would also receive some credit card type things, which I havent.

Stadium bar is a republican slophouse, best well avoided, its mostly families in there on matchdays now

Wee rangers club is a 5 minute walk from your end,but youll need to be in early,go downstairs if you go,party tunes and atmosphere are brilliant

Any pub on kinning park, grapes, angel, orange halls, louden, blue star, district all within stone throwing distance :431:

Thats good info cheers...these are the pubs that seem to get mentined on other sites. One question though...how close to the city centre are they....do we catch the metro out to Kinning Park from the centre and is this the Paisley Road West area that has been advised on rangers sites.Cant wait.....gonna be a downpour though looking at the forecast

Yeah the Wee rangers club is a great pre-game atmosphere... but you do need to get in early. A friend of mine is on the RST and helps run the match-day events at the WRC. Can't wait for tomorrow! Is anyone wearing any shed-end gear to identify yourselves? :laugh2:

I had a season ticket at Ibrox and it was a credit card type pass, but when I was at the Hearts game a couple of weeks ago it was a paper ticket I used, so you're fine with what you've got.
