PSG Away February - Help

Featured Replies

Alright guys.

Looking to go to the PSG tie away at parc de princes next year.

Was going to go last year but something came up so never bothered organising.

Was wondering the best way to go about buying tickets/when they are on sale etc. I stay in Glasgow and am not part of a supporters club - dont't get many opportunities to get down south for games.

All help appreciated, cheers.

J.

Doubt you'll be able to get them as they will be to ST holders, members and away club.  Members will need loyalty points too.  Even then last year there were a lot of disappointed members and ST holders who didn't get them so there's no way they'll go on general sale.

Was worried that would be the case mate. I heard there is thomas cook deals that run etc, do you reckon there is ANY other way of landing tix other than paying mental amounts through dodgy websites?

If you become a member you might be able to get a ticket but that will rely on Thomas Cook doing anything for the game.

Your best bet is to try and get a ticket whilst there mate, Have a walk round some pubs and ask people.

I know a couple of people who went last year without a ticket.  They didn't manage to get one when they were out there but still had a great time watching in the bar and just enjoying a few days away.

Does anyone have an expectation on how much loyalty points you need for the PSG game? I'm desperate to go to Paris... I've got 29 now, but considering the high demand, I'm afraid it won't be enough? Same for Chelsea - Man City...

I went to Paris last year, had a great couple of days. Did more sightseeing stuff than football obviously. Came close to getting tickets but it never worked out in the end, despite putting a serious amount of effort in.

I went to the stadium and there were touts everywhere, but all asking for silly money, all got laughed at. I watched the match in a nice bar with friendly Parisians right beside the hotel, they knew I was Chels and they were all PSG fans, but it made for a good night. Very hospitable bar tenders as well, kept bringing nibbles over with my beer.

I wont be going again this year, getting a ticket can be a bit of a nightmare unless you know someone who can get them, and there are travel forms etc to fill in if you somehow have enough points to buy one. Best chance is if someone you know someone who cant go, or can get through a supporters club. If I were you I would be on the phone to the biggest supporters club near you, see if there is any possibility if you join them as an associate member, and go from there. Good luck!

PSG club has set up an online market place where supporters can sell their tickets. Its totally safe and prices vary a lot. Its on Viagogo, you should check it eventually

Thank you Zola and doulsu! I'll see what the Mighty Blues from Belgium can do for me!

Also the PSG market place would be a possibility. I'd prefer the away section though...

But we'll see. Otherwise I might consider going there without a ticket. Sightseeing and watching the game in a nice bar would be nice too.

Actually you should remain cautious if you decide to buy a ticket outside the away section because my beloved government is experiencing some issues with civil rights and might deny you the right to enter the stadium if you are a chelsea fan even if you did legally purchase a ticket.
