Wasn't there something not too long back that said Cancer Research UK invest the majority of their contributions into advertising rather than actual research?

possibly. I'm sure i heard of one of the african charities sending 40% of actual funding to the affected area and keeping the rest. Its a disgrace. I understand the workers needing a wage but that is absurd

Not sure its all that bad, charities need to advertise and the vast majority of charity workers are unpaid.

in an ideal world, all of the charities that does similar work such as the ones for africa should all join together and combine funding and work etc. Surely more benficial

worth making a vote so that your choice has a chance, my father in law who was a through and through blues fan recently died of Bowel cancer, so my vote goes to Bobby Moore fund, I guess everyone has a charity that is close to their heart..
