I managed to get 2 tickets for Sunday's game against Southampton but had to get them through ticketbis and have now found out although we are both in the same end our seats are not together. I am wondering if it is possible to swap seats?

Ask the stewards, explain to them that the two of you are here with legitimate tickets and such and then if about 5 minutes after kick-off they might move you if there's some empty seats available where you want to go.

^ I would do that except without the bit where you ask the stewards.

 

Give it 10 minutes and if there is a seat next to you then get your pal to move.

The chances of any seats being free in MHL are slim I would've thought.  

The chances are nil. I wouldn't bother with stewards, they're hopeless and won't do anything. Your best bet in my opinion is to just ask the people next to the two seats you have and hope one of them is on their own and won't mind swapping.
