I thought I would share an email I got from Pat Nevin when I made my Stamford Bridge pilgrimage last year.

For this game I have already had about thirty friends and family pleading with me to get them tickets and I have had to let every one down. There just aren't any left, The Atletico game could have sold out about ten times there has been so much interest and the black market prices are ridiculous. even the Norwich game is beyond me I find to my cost.
 
So I am of no use at all on this one. I will however mention you to various media folk to see if there is any possibility of getting some coverage, but of course I can't promise anything.

I basically bombarded all of the @chelseafc.com email addresses, Bruce Buck, Ron Gourlay, David Barnard, Eugene Tenenbaum, Marina Granovskaia, Chris Alexander, Alan Shaw, etc. Pat actually replied. I was stoked.

If we paid £23 mill for Caudrado then Wee Pat would be valued at approx £50 million @ today's price.

Still one of the most irresistable, exciting players to ever wear the Royal Blue. My best memory of him? Has to be the Newcastle game where he ran past most of their team in one mazy dribble.

I only really know about his playing days from old programmes and Chels anecdotes/history so contributions would be appreciated!

Remember him playing 'keepy uppy' in front of us at Cambridge Utd during the warm up...
