I don't get why we keep players over that age if the are not going to break into the 1st team. 

take feruz for example he had plenty of potential but now at 22 is he worth keeping as he was brutal at hibs.

Short answer is they are an asset we are waiting for the right time to sell. I'd wager we'd happily sell any of the players you mention provided a good price came in.

Pasalic, Omeruo and van Ginkel I definitely think are in that box. There are probably others too.
