So, I'm going to the Newcastle United game on the final day of the season. This will be my first and only Chelsea game I've been to this season and first in nearly 18 months so I want this to be a good one. Also I've never been to St James Park so no idea where to go for good pubs before the game, any suggestions for where to go before the game and any good things to do near the ground before or after the game.

I am currently in a hotel drinking with some Newcastle fans. I plan on hitting some pubs near the stadium in an hour or so, they dont seem like a bad lot imo. 

I think the players should pick up your tab myself.
