All night long it was "Unrivalled atmosphere", "best fans in the world", "Can Liverpool do it?" "Can Gerrrard do it?" and an occasional "oh by the way there's some other team playing tonight as well, we'd better mention them"
May 1, 200718 yr I don't think they actually send anyone, it always feels studio based. That's correct, ESPN has never sent anyone to Champions League games. In fact they did a lot of WC 2006 commentary from the comfort of the Bristol, Connecticut studios.
