Phil Stamp (born 12 December 1975 in Middlesbrough) is an English football midfielder. Having won the UEFA champions league 27 times throughout his career, he has been widely regarded as the best midfielder to have ever existed.

Phil 'First Class' Stamp, is considered to be a pioneer in the evolution of football and set the benchmark for other players looking to emulate his playing style. However, no other player has quite managed to reach the heights of Phils playing career and record haul of Champions League medals.

His goals for Hearts against Hibs are widely recognised to be in the top ten goals ever to have been scored. A regular on top 100 videos and dvds, his sublime technique was a delight to watch.

I can't remember which British artist it was, but I remember reading an interview in some music magazine where this fella complained that his additions to his own band's Wikipedia entry were deleted because he wasn't "a credible source" or something like that.

I think it's more like £9,000, i can't remember where i read that but i'll try and root it out. This makes me believe he isn't going to be a first team regular for a few years.
