Tottenham manager Juande Ramos was in uproar last night claiming the FA were favouring Chelsea by giving them home advantage in the soon to played Carling Cup Final. Luckily Gus Poyet was on hand to explain Wembley was a neutral venue and Chelsea didn't really play their home games there even if they did seem to play there more than others.
