Stevie Me admits it

"The only way we can fulfil those ambitions is in the Champions League.

I'm 27 now, I don't want to be talking about 'next season' for Liverpool when I'm 32

"And I am not going to pretend that even winning that trophy - and we are a long way away from it at the moment - will make up for the disappointment of the league campaign."

Love it. Despite all their '5 times, we won it 5 times' crap, he has admitted what we have all know for ages, which is that the league ALWAYS comes first.

All gob no action. Let's blame everyone but the players for their league position. 'Oooh those mean American owners who have spent £50m on players in the Summer are making it very very hard for us to play. I don't like it, I want to win things, I want to have loads and loads of trophies, I want more money, I want to gob off to the media every week... The team? Is this not Stevie G [AARRGGHHHHHHHH] FC?

He's an old woman.

just when you think you couldnt detest someone anymore, stevie me goes and makes an absolute cnut of himself. and yet the dippers love him. this is a player who handed in a transfer request, almost left twice, constantly questions liverpools ambition/players etc..... their welcome to the little scumbag.

He's trying to make it sound like the club are forcing him out, because they can't meet his ambitions. Try saying this over a number of years (about 3 now?) and sooner or later you'll be off. He wants to go to a big club, one that will compete every year for top spot. Real, Barca, Milan... If any of them were to come calling, I reckon he'll go this Summer. Blame everyone but yourself Stevie, loyal to the money is whats kept you there, because it isn't your desire to win the league.

I've got a different theory behind this most recent outburst. He's tried everything he can to get in the papers this week but there just insn't a story, till his management team came up with this. He saw his name up in the RED TOP again and just couldn't resist.

Boy oh boy, the rats truly are jumping ship now. It seems that not even a latent thumping of league minnows is enough to sooth the waters at the landfill

I have to admit, when we lost Jose and all the detractors were claiming this was the beginning of the end, i started to feel a twinge of apprehension. But if (God in heaven forbid me) I was one of the hordes of filthy dippers, I would positively miserable at the circus of misery they have become daily
