love riccy and I hope we see him in royal blue for at least the next 5 years. The guy's playing style is the right balance of the physical and cerebrial that I think he can play at a top level well into his 30s.

Agreed. Glad to have him, and glad to keep him. I think they should have a rule that only the Captain earns top pay, and everyone else a step beneath...probably wouldn't work, but there has to be some structure
