Injuries!

Is anyone else getting fed up with our current injury situation? It seems players come back to early then spend an extra game or two out due to picking up some other slight niggle,

Is it down to the new Scolari training regime or could it be down to the club doctors and medical staff for not demanding that these players rest no matter how important they are to us

We definitely could of done without losing Riccy and JC again on Wednesday night, and in all fairness as much as you want to see the best team out there, we should really have been able to allow them extra rest against a team like Hull

Injuries are part and parcel of football. Certainly we seem to be having our lions share right now. Lets hope we get them all out of the way for the second half of the season when perhaps our rivals might suffer a similar fate when the big games come thick and fast.

Overall , its JT thaat worries me most. I think he needs a big rest. I worry that his 'play whatever' attitude is doing him long term damage.

Does seem a bit of a coincidence that players are coming back and then immediately getting injured again. Hopefully Carvalho will be back soon

3 weeks apparently. Could be worse I suppose as we have excellent cover in Alex and Ivanovic.

Essien is apparently back at the end of Jan...would be brilliant to have him back so early, but needs to slow things down and not play a full 90 mins until he's played 15 mins here and there just to get him fired up again.

Drogs is back soon also! Also musn't rush back into it like he did before.

We have enough cover in defence and midfield, but up front we have nought. Drogs needs to come back fast...oh, but not too fast :D
