  1. Hopefully we will go on to win this now, if nobody has seen an improvement over the last 2 games then you should be watching a different sport.
  2. Don't suppose anyone else has tickets in the Palace end of the Arthur Waite stand do they? Gonna be murder trying to keep schtum for this! !
  3. Christ, Benitez seems to have done what loads on here have been screaming for, playing Luiz as a defensive midfielder. Let's see how this pans out, could be a move that defines our season!!
  4. I have left posting anything in this thread until now, until I have looked as objectively as possible into what is best in my opinion for Chelsea FC and Chelsea FC alone. I have been everywhere with Chelsea from 1983 onwards and supported every manager we have had. I was at Wembley in the borough end when RDM scored that wonder goal in 97, and in Munich when he managed us to win the Biggun this year. For both of those moments (I remember loads more, but these specifically), the best moments I have had following this club, I can't give that man enough praise. But I must be honest with myself here otherwise this post is pointless. In the back of my mind I didn’t think RDM was the correct man for the job, even after celebrating both cups like a raving lunatic both in Munich and at Wembley respectively. I thought (like everyone else, be honest) the club had to give him a longer term contract for what he had achieved. In a very weird way I am glad things have turned out the way they have with Robbie and he leaves the club a massive winner and a club legend both as a player and as a manager and it is the board that look bad. If things had got bad towards the business end of the season and we were in a similar position as last year (5-6th place) but with no Champions league, some people’s memories would have been short and May would have been quickly forgotten. Onto Rafa Benitez. Did I detest the bloke when he was at Liverpool, Massively. Do I think his interviews and personality are shi*, most definitely. Do I think he is a good coach tactically, I have to say yes. Did I pi** myself laughing when at the Millennium stadium Jose hushed all the Mickey Mousers, you bet I did. When he made comments to rile opposition fans, I also laughed. Then I look at what Rafa said about Chelsea, and thought to myself. If I could do something or say something that would give me a physiological edge over someone else in battle would I do it, you had better fu**ing believe I would. I remember walking out of the Luzniki stadium, feeling terrible and saying to my mates, i never wanted to see Drogba in a Chelsea shirt again. Hypocrite that i am, i wanted to kiss the bloke after Munich, and was devastated he left. My point, will i celebrate any less if we won the title in may under Rafa, than when we won it under Carlo, nah would i bollo**s. Jose, Grant, Hackman, Carlo, AVB and RDM all know what working under Roman is like, and if things aren’t working you are gone, but they all took the job. They will be well compensated get great opportunities in other positions because of it, and not be on the bread line like some of us that fork out to watch week in week out. Say what you want, but i am going to ride this out and enjoy the success for as long as possible. Who knows what’s is round the corner. Not digging anyone out that want to protest and vent their frustration to the board, each to their own. KTBFFH
  5. In the press (so probably boll***s) this apparently happend in the Chelsea dressing room after the game against WBA. All went off, but i am only saying what has been written in the press. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2236606/Roberto-Di-Matteo-sacked-Chelsea-Roman-Abramovich-Inside-story-Neil-Ashton.html
  6. Been refused by fifa. http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/article/165/8271020/fifa-deny-drogba-early-move
  7. Looks like his contract is longer than what we expected!! http://williamhillmedia.com/index.php/football-all-stories/847-william-hill-statement-regarding-next-chelsea-manager
  8. To be honest chaps, alot of old season ticket holders have switched to away season tickets instead, as the atmosphere, banter and pi** up is 20 times better than all of that at home. We have always have a huge away following, going back decades.
  9. I think it is based on ground capacity and percentages. We hold 42k and away support get 6k (aprox) for cup games at ours, so i am hoping we get more like 5k up there!
  10. I really wanted Mikel to kick on this year and live up to the hype of when we first signed him. Unfortunately i can't see this happening, and fear that he will never be good enough to be playing in a midfield where quick flowing football is the order of the day.
  11. Didn't realise the build up was that good on the tele, but that was superb. If that was Le Arse the media would have been creaming all over them.
  12. Would be funny. Gooners are going mad at the thought of it!! http://arsenal-mania.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=171032&p=32260702
  13. Nor should it be, as i am no proffesor Green, i was taking the p out of what the prosecution were saying to JT in trying to secure a conviction during the trial. Not that i should explain myself to you in any case.
  14. If that is indeed the charge, then both players should be charged, also Paddy Kenny for being a fat cu**!!!
  15. well he was right then, 168 of them !!!
  16. Absolutely spot on descision, good for the club and JT. Now all prepare to duck and cover from the sh** storm that will be all over the press.
  17. Hope your right dkw. https://mobile.twitter.com/tariqpanja
  18. Don't look good chaps. Judge says if thought evidence was inadmissible he wouldn't allow it to be included. Terry's lawyer asks for time to think ...
  19. This is critical i think in the case. Cole said he could hear Ferdinand say words hear 'Bridgey' `black' `c**t'
  20. TBH mate, i raised the question of why she would be there, not once did i say she isn't entitled to be there. I just couldn't see the purpose of her wanting to be there unless she is a close friend of the Ferdinands (possibilty given the fact that they are i believe from the same manor) but again i don't know, but i would have thought that his brother would have been there too if that was the case. Again a debate for another
  21. Touchy, not here to have a cyber row with anyone mate, not interested in bravado over the net sh**. Your right not an issue of them not wanting them to be there, i take that back.
