Maybe it's wishful thinking, but I actually believe the FA won't do anything I don't think that parallels can be drawn with the Suarez case, didn't the FA say there were inconsistencies in his account of the incident? No such inconsistencies in JTs statements.

After Ashley Cole's statement, a 'close friend' of Anton, and not a 'close friend' of Terry, I cannot see how Terry could be found guilty and fined that obscene amount of money (to him). Most things that Terry said has been backed up. During the game, Ash said that Terry came up to him and said Anton is accusing me of being racist. Ash said he heard Anton say black, and also that he believed that the trial should not have commenced. At first, I didn't believe Terry's version of events (which makes sense, that's why the trial came to happen!), but now, I am in no doubt that he did nothing wrong. Remember, its all about context. Asking someone if he thought you called him a black c**t is not the same as calling someone a black c**t. Simply uttering those words does not make you guilty, which is what a lot of rival fans seem to think.
