John Obi Mikel can commit day light robbery, Plokoon n co will still find ways to deflect blame. Regardless of the formation, how can a professional footballer let players run by him without putting in so much as an effort to distract the move? errr... If I have talked about Mikel being poor at winning the ball, I have always used numbers like tackles/interceptions won to justify that. If I have talked about Mikel not being a very good playmaker, I have always used assists/ chances created numbers to justify that. You, on the other hand use words like "seemed to be at hand to win the ball back". it would be in your best interest if you go back and look again at the meaning of words like hypocrite, cognitive etc.

There is a big difference between actually winning the ball back and "seemed to be on hand to win it back" "seemed" because that is what your heart wants you to believe.

Why is it so hard for him to track runners? On their first goal, Mikel and Suarez were standing side by side. A long ball is played forward by the Liverpool defender that Downing(?) headed down and Suarez pounced on that while Mikel was still standing near the half way mark.
