Did anyone else have the feeling that we were eventually going to get screwed by a referree mistake, especially in the last 10 minutes? This game didn't have too much to complain about in terms of game-changing poor calls, but there was a few non-calls on liverpool handballs, and also a few Liverpool corners that shouldn't have been given (especially late). I would have been pretty pissed off if Liverpool scored on one of those corners. On the handball in the box, I am not going to complain too much. It could have been given, but a non-call is also pretty justifiable there.

So happy with how the whole team played today. Schwarzer did exactly what was needed and makes me (I think him as well) more confident with our goalkeeper situation for Atletico. Back four were all great. I don't see how you leave Ash out of the England line-up now. Azpi was solid as usual and fantastic debut for Kalas. Salah and Schurrle worked hard the entire game, defended well when needed. Can't forget about Matic either! Quite excited for Wednesday now! EDIT: Oh yah....LOVE YOU DEMBA f**kING BA!!!

I was in the UK last week (from Canada) and before the trip, I tried a few times to arrange for tickets and travel from London to the Derby match with no luck. However, a few days before the match, I found someone on twitter selling match and train tickets, so I jumped on this opportunity. This was my first ever Chelsea live match and I thought the atmosphere was amazing! It was a lot of fun to experience the Chelsea support and singing live. I can't wait to travel back to England for another match and although it would be great to see a home game, I wouldn't be upset to be amongst a great away crowd again.

Does Eto'o actually update his own twitter account? It seem odd that after a game he would find a computer to generate these pictures (scores included) himself.

Will do. I think I should be able to sort out tickets this way. One more question - it doesn't look like train transportation is a viable option on that day (perhaps sold out), so I would look to use the coach transportation available. The Thomas Cook Sport website says this is only available to members. If I were to borrow someone else's membership to buy coach tickets, would this be a problem (i.e. do you need to show membership id or anything like that)?

Question on ticket buying for this game - I am looking to buy two tickets seated together. Does this mean I will need to wait until December 20 when members are able to buy "two additional tickets per person"? If so, what are the chances that tickets will still be available on this date? I don't have a membership yet but will buy one if I can get tickets for this game.

From what I understand (based on a Derby twitter feed), the sides first need to determine if the game is selected for TV and if so, when it will be played etc. Decision on TV is expected to come tomorrow. Then, details should start to become available regarding tickets.

I am in the same boat as you and would appreciate any advice on how to get tickets, whether that means buying memberships,etc. I am travelling from Canada and will be in London for a few days days starting Jan 1, making this the only possible match to attend. I was really hoping for Chelsea to draw a home game but unfortunately that did not happen! Given that I might not be back in the UK for loooong time, I am really hoping to go to this game.
