Well no one is just saying he isn't right for us and pointing out his flaws from just one game, most of us have followed him in every game he has played for everton just for our own interests for chelsea's sake. I'm with you guys on lukaku, I had feared this for a while and he does seem lazy and clumsy. I wouldn't mind selling him for a hefty profit and bringing back piazon, keeping eto'o and maybe buying a good striker but I don't know who will be available that fits us in the off season.

I'd rather suarez over costa, especially after how ineffective he was against us and he so far is a one season wonder. Suarez is proven in the premier league and also at ajax where he used to play, he is a bit suspect in big games but that hasn't been our problem, our problem was scoring against the weak teams and suarez does that very well.

I don't care about htis game anymore, i'm looking towards the big picture being the atletico game, once again we dont have the league fate in our own hands and needing to beat liverpool plus needing palace to beat them (newcastle arent beating them at anfield on the final day) i'm more worried about winning the champions league and taking gloss off liverpools title run.

If it goes to shootout I am a little concerned because I love having lamps to smash one in in clutch moments, but i've watched schwarzer in shootouts and he does a decent job too.

I say screw it hand christenson and ake a shot, maybe kalas too, throw in a youth team striker maybe or Ba. Use Mikel,Lamps,Matic,Salah (since they are all ineligible for CL 2nd leg). We bette rnot use hazard or eto'o and i'm sure we won't. No use risking aggravating an injury before a big game with Atletico.

I'd start Ba over torres because Ba is a better aerial threat especially in hendersons absence and also because he isn't garbage like torres (although that missed goal at sunderland was bad)

I think schwarzer getting these last two big games under his belt will really help him out and calm his nerves and confidence for the games at anfield and the 2nd leg. Man city have lost toure for the season plus they look like crap anyways and in case you forgot everton are exactly 1 point behind you so they will be fighting as hard as ever for the rest of the season. I think we should play for a 1-0 win if possible if not a 0-0 draw, an english team has never beaten atletico at their home base and they look good. For me we have to make the CL final for us to have a somewhat good season, I still have high hopes we can win the CL. We play good against quality which the CL is and bad against mediocre which is what the bottom feeders in the league are.
