Juan Cuadrado to Chelsea .... Done!
He'd be a better-than replacement for Salah. That much is for sure.

Juan Cuadrado to Chelsea .... Done!
He can also play as a striker and we need another one of those if Bamford isn't ready for prime time.

Di Marzio is reporting it, he's usually reliable. http://gianlucadimarzio.com/en/calciomercato/chelsea-interested-in-cuadrado/

The Dirty Red Scousers Vs Chelsea (LC Semi-Final, 1st Leg) 20/01/2015 - KO - 19:45 UK Time
Like this post if you've won as many Premier League titles as Steven Gerrard.

Carra giving us mad props on MNF. [Edit: Still though, not mentioning Swansea's missing midfielders and them giving our midfield the run of the pitch. Something any team will get punished for. Especially if they let us run at them. How you gonna stop Fabregas, Oscar and Hazard? I mean, really.]

Marco Reus to Chelsea?
Things change in the blink of an eye. Looks like he's going to announce his decision in March. Lots of offers for him, including ones from RM and CFC.

What I'm blushingly grasping at is that it wasn't about how poor Swansea were, it is about how good Chelsea FC were.

This thing about a "fair" and "balanced" (Hello Fox News. Can you say Birmingham?) analysis is way overblown. Just sometimes, the opposition are head and shoulders above their opponents. This was one of those times. However poor Swansea were, and they were poor, it shouldn't detract from Chelsea's performance. We were just better on the day. End of. One of those 'nice to have' problems.

Because as pundits their analysis was utter rubbish. I do not recall hearing that one of the reasons Swansea were so bad is that they were missing three midfielders that usually start. A fact I didn't find out until after the fact, and goes a long way to explaining Swansea's poor performance. Now, rightly, I am not on MotD. (Round the world still, each clock ticks...) If I was paid that much, I would like to think that's one of the facts I would have at my disposal.

Don't give up the day job to become a comedian. I'd hate for you to starve.

On a more cheery note. Watched the whole game again on Sky earlier and Chelsea fans were in great voice. Swansea fans should be embarassed. Sounded like they had the prawn sandwich brigade in. Only time I heard them was chanting for Ashley Williams and they were quickly drowned out by chants of "Chelsea. Chelsea. Cheeeeelsea." Massive props to our travelling fans.

Try this, it's not the greatest but it might do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oaMgkGBFuOo One can see he doesn't look happy, nor does he go over to celebrate with Schurrle. And again, I offer no comment on that. They all count.

And even if he did, they're enough professional to keep it in the dressing room. But I agree with you entirely chap.

Here's a Vine. https://v.cdn.vine.co/r/videos/CF8DCDFEBE1168274886071119872_369e64b65a1.1.5.16921299978576821729.mp4?versionId=Cvh..hwVpPpFNaVTE2HpyZtlBdLdd.6Q Doesn't show Oscar sticking his arms up after he realises we've just scored in front of the away fans :). Clearly shows Schurrle "nicking it", though. On that point I offer no comment. If it goes over the line then it counts.

This. I am disappointed that Oscar didn't get a (his first maybe?) hat-trick in a blue shirt. Looks as though Schurrle flicked it and could have left it for Oscar but y'know... If it builds Schurrle's confidence, I feel it is worth it for the team. I might be horribly wrong about that.
