Jose' likes battering ram center forwards and to pretty good effect as well. Costa's is like Drog's on steroids with a gallon of red bull thrown in before kick off as well. Trouble is when he aint there, as well as Drogs before him we struggle. Just need to find somone who can understudy and sub, someone who even if we have to change tactics a bit will be a plan B for the inevitable time Costa's banned or injured.

Hernandez is an excellent choice . Sup sub for Manure and always looked dangerous !!

I think we play Oscar in the wrong position and don't think it suits him best. Everytime I've seen him play for brazil , he seems to play better as a link up playmaker type , more central than advanced. A bit like Deschamp's style with everything going through him Discuss.....

Is it all out for Stones with a monster bid or Pogba again or both and break the bank ?? Or do we go for another right or left back to replace Ivan ? On the sell list for me is Ivan and heres one really controversial, I'd sell Hazard while we can get top money for him and use that money to fund the above . Oh I dont know there have been some great captains in the past and will be again in the future.

It may just be Jose is an excellent short term manager but his methods simply wear off after a while, his track record would suggest that. Personally I think its a culmination of maybe that and a lot of other things as well. Most importantly some players do not look fit, blame that on whatever or whoever but the manager will ultimately take the blame. Time to play RLC ,Kenedy, Traore,Baba at least they're fit (hopefully). Up the work rate and hope it compensates for the poor form !!

I thought we had gone some way to replacing Lamps with Fabragas, initially it looked like it, now it looks far from it. Same can be said for Drogba with Costa for different reasons, then theres Cech and Cortouis and Makalele and Matic, then there's JT and no one ! No wonder we're stuggling, we've lost the steel spine !!

Seems to me one of our problems was the failure in signing John Stones . JT's reign is coming to an end if not this season surely next. Needless to say the man has been/is an absolute giant for us, so who is out there who can go some way to replacing him. And who should be captain ??
