Disgraceful decision but at least we could see it coming this time. Credit to those board members who fought to keep him in his job this long. Shame the majority of the board and the playing squad didnt have the same loyalty and balls as them. 

Loyalty... One of Mourinho's key qualities that is conspicuous by it's absence in this group of players. Mourinho made himself look stupid early in the season by defending the indefensible and taking all the blame for defeats instead of the players. How do they repay him? By not giving a f**k and getting him the sack. 

We're currently the Premier League Champions. The players have proven this season that they dont know the meaning of the word 'Champion', much less how tobehave and perform like one. Costa came back overweight, that's not what a Champion does. Hazard has shown none of his talent from last season. Not like a Champion.

Even JT, a true Champion, has been lacking in his most outstanding quality - leadership.

Champions are the ones who will fight for every ball, run every hard yard, galvanise those around them, lead by example and regardless of the situation they are in they will work their nuts off to be successful. These players are not Champions. They are cowards. No matter how badly Lampard, Drogba, Cech etc played we knew for a fact that they were giving 100% and trying to improve. I dont see Costa working hard to improve, nor Hazard nor Fabregas nor Matic... And once again the board have bottled it by deciding to back these mercenaries instead of the 1 guy that we KNEW was giving his all and feeling the pain of every defeat. The 1 guy that acted like a CHAMPION through all this was Mourinho, and he paid the price for it.
 
The club needs to grow up.

maybe the fans going to the games,yes, but so many other forums and sites i've been on and on here there's been plenty people saying he should go. about a week ago people said results need to improve or he's gone, then leicester a lot of fans were pissed at results and said surely now he must be gone. the other thread has been locked so you can't view the previous comments, but they were said on there on here.
 
i will hold my hands up and admit that i didn't think things would improve under him and before things got even worse than now he had to go. however, i don't think anybody wanted him to go, just that results did not look like improving whatsoever and you can't blame people for thinking this. if in another two weeks results didn't change, do you think people would still be sat here wishing him to stay? i myself didn't want him gone, but what can you do when results don't improve and we're almost in a relegation battle half way through the season after being champs the season before? 
 
the thing that makes me angry more than anything is people who aren't just supporters of chelsea who are happy he's gone, but opposition fans and who are themselves ecstatic he's not here any more. a man has just lost his job and people just want to laugh at his misfortune. it's not like he's adolf hitler or some other dictator who's murdered thousands, millions of innocent people, he's just a football manager who may have done and said some silly things, but it doesn't warrant anyone, fans or otherwise to laugh at his suffering. people sit behind a screen with their high and almighty morals as if they are perfect human beings, pisses me off. 

Thank you Roman for proving you're still a clueless, impulsive owner that would never sustain stability in any level. Done for me at this point, he's nothing more than a dollar sign now, him and his pathetic board.
 
A complete disgrace of a decision, we lost our greatest ever, this time? Forever. And no, no mentally strong unit to carry us through it. We lost Mourinho because of a bunch of spineless cowards who couldn't cope with any sort of pressure. 
 
You know what happens now right? We're going to go through mediocrity with occasional greatness while Jose Mourinho continues to win at the highest level. Even better, you know what happens if he stays in the PL? He comes back and beats us, again and again and win titles. Remember this is a manager with 50% success at winning PL titles, what we have is a group who never won without him.

Thanks Jose! Can't believe we let this happen again, f**king bullsh*t. Go against him in the summer with the Cech decision, then we don't back him with any improvements but who cares about facts f**king so pissed and disappointed in this club. I hope these c**ts who call themselves professionals realize what there've done. With the attitude of our squad no new manager will get anything different. Just the same old story of sacking managers.
