The only thing this game will reveal is how many City might score if both of us get to the FA Cup Final. As much as I didn’t like him, we might have got something out of this game if Maresca was still in charge…poor Liam is going to get his arse spanked I think….if City can tear Liverpool apart, God knows what they’ll do with our leaky defence. And I still think we’ll only pick up 3-4 points between now and season end.

At best I can see 3 points from the remaining games. Nothing from City, Liverpool , Brighton or Sunderland. Might get a point each at Home to Forest, Utd and Spurs. I reckon 8th might be the best we can hope for. Although we might beat Port Vale I don’t see a Wembley FA Cup Final…The entire project needs an overhaul and complete rethink including the manager this club desperately needs. This season is two steps back from last season.

I agree Chippy I’ve been supporting this lot since the mid 60’s. Together we’ve seen some good sides, great sides and poor sides but each of them had heart, fire, desire and leadership …this lot sadly has neither one. While I understand what Boehly was trying to do it has been a complete cluster fcuk by getting rid of an experienced manager at the outset, and then not having anyone around the club that could guide him and educate him about this league and football in general. You just can’t have 11 inexperienced players in this league; you either have all veterans or a sprinkling of youth with EPL experienced players. You build an experienced spine and work from there, but they threw the guide book out the window together with the experience both in the front office and on the pitch and here’s the result. The defence has been a disaster since Clearlake took over and then not having club have done nothing to address it and you wonder when heads drop we get trounced. My heart goes out to the fans that turn out home and away to watch these inept performances…if I was Todd, I’d rip up the plan and start again next season and get rid of these bang average players including 90% of the so called ‘defenders’…

This style of play that has infected the EPL is down to one man…Pep. He’s f**ked this league and it’s even creeping into the lower leagues. This brain dead playing out from the back, possession for possession sake and suicidal passing has infected every team and it’s ruined the English game. I’d won’t be sorry when he’s gone and no doubt a new fad will be brought in or a rehashed old one. This game is simple yet every coach or manager has made it so technical and strategic that no brain dead footballers can understand.

Should have wrapped this up the first half with the chances we had let alone those in the 2nd only to collapse and sh*t a brick . Jorgensen was getting away with iffy goalkeeping with his fancy footwork and suicidal passing and as we said while watching this would come and bite him and us in the arse….and it did. PSG aren’t that good defensively they just took all their chances. LS thought he could outdo PSG because he played them several times while at Strasbourg with his stupid line up from the goalkeepers to our clown show of a defence. It never changes, it only gets more comical as every week passes. Gusto and CC are not defenders and I’m not sure why Trev and and especially Forfana have fallen off a cliff. CC spent more time in the PSG box than he did defending ours. I wish people would start looking at his game rather than through rose tinted glasses….he's a sh*t defender. Reece is in the wrong position and it’s the same sh*te defensively every week. A big fcuking clear out is needed in goalkeepers and defenders in the summer.

I’ll be en-route to Blighty so will miss the game….so glad I won’t see Arteta cream his nicks and walk away with 3 points. Given the results of Leeds and Burnley I think Liam is way above his station and offering little more than Maresca. Same old way of playing, perhaps even more suicidal at times and same old comedy club at the back…nothing changes and I still expect us to finish 6th or worse when things could have been a different story having chucked away 18points from winning positions…4-0 Arsenal…..I hope I’m wrong.

3 points nothing else will do. If we are serious about a top 4 Liam needs to play his strongest team now till seasons end. We have some tough fixtures around the corner. Utd and Liverpool are the only real teams around us. Brentford etc will start to fade with 10 games left…

Defensively we are still a shambles…generally of our own making. Decent win I suppose but hardly convincing to be honest. Hull were never in it and when they did get a chance it was because one of the clowns at the back made another mistake..

Should be able to beat Hull…but who knows. Still if we want to play comedians and clowns in midfield and defence then it should be: Coco R.Gervais Bozo F. Starr. B.Hill R. Atkinson. R.Corbett. R. Barker Krusty At least we’ll have laugh rather than crying over what we’ve seen in recent weeks.
