I think we need Roman more than we need JM. Jose is a great manager, but if there is no fund, he is cannot perform miracles like what he said. So imagine if he manage a team like Wigan or Reading, can he bring up the result? I can understand why Roman was angry, becos of his investment in the club. He pumped in so much money and yet cannot see any result or at least some good football play in matches. Always defensive and crappy performance but although sometimes still win some matches. Like wat Loz said, its lucky that we are second in the league. I cant blame JM completely too, if Ardesen is the one, then he should be blamed. Why, he is head of youth academy. What benefit has he bring in? Any good players? Any good signings? None. Sad to learn that he capabilities only limited to signing players like Buolarouz, maybe kalou and Micka? What the health is he doing? What strenght he brought in so far? Is chelsea board stupid or wat? Getting paid million of dollars including fines, bad reputation only to get players like mika, leed's players, tapping of ashley and also tat Ardesen. I think RA has been badly advised.

On better option, i think i rather let JM leaves than RA. Without RA, we are back to where we came from.

What he said was correct or at least some part match my thinking. Really disappointed on that match and continue to see JM putting ballack make me sick. Also i think although we might have lost the title this season but i still support Chelsea. Hope they will realise that and change for the better if not start thinking about next season how to buy some and get rid of some.

Good post ozboy. I agreed that Maka is valuable and an unsung hero he is. What i feel that Essien is his natural replacement. However, with the current team playing in such state, Better keep essien in free role so he can attack and defence. Diarra is a good try to replace Maka. And Ballack is another option to replace maka too if diarra cannot make it. Right now he is neither an attacking or defensive midfield. Paulo in my own opinion, he isnt strong enough to be in chelsea. Although sometimes he is very good (remember last season Man U game where Roodney is injured?) but not consistence enough. He is weak in air and when contesting for ball with stronger opponents. Physically he is weak. Bridge is also another weak defender. Although sometimes he can attack and cross well.. Consistency is the key. and he is weak in air and physically too. Hence loose out to stronger attacker. Hence we bought A. Cole which in my view is a better choice. As i have said last season too, that paula need to be replace and this season the same thing comes back again. Never expected that Gallas and Huth were sold this season.

He is getting too old for EPL i think. His age is catching up. I think Essien is playing very well and will soon replace him. At most i give him 1 more year to go.

I disagree, Paulo is really consistent. Against top team like Barca, Asernal and ManU or even Liverpool he cant perform to expectation. Although i reckon he is better than geremi and other right back and he is only an average player. But IMO, he is not good to enough to be in Chelsea if we have to beat those top teams. Notice he cant run fast enough. With heavy flat feet he has? I trying to be constructive on my view here. Please ignore this if anyone of you defensive lads here feel otherwise.

First, defensively, we are good only when we realise that we do not have gallas, cech and JT, then we are missing something. Secondly, with so many midfielders that began to gel in, we let them go, like gud and duff although their form is not consistent. In addition, we have joe cole and robben out. Our midfield began to crack as the like of smertin, Taigo, etc also were sold off. Last but not least, we attack was not strong previously and drogba only do well this season and luckily continue to do so or we will lost many matches. I think jose only bought afew good players and the rest are craps. Essien & drogba are good.. Mikel, hilario, kalou, ballack, shechenko and SWP are really poor buy.
