Carvalho is the best 'defender' I've seen at Chelsea in 25 years. Tackling, positioning, pace, desire and work ethic in abundance. His attacking abilities were neither here nor there in comparison to Luiz who cannot 'defend' for toffee, now stop talking nonsense.

I want my centre backs to defend, do you not? I couldn't give a rats ass what 'attacking ability' Luiz has, he is (or is suppose to be a defender). Please tell me (in your opinion) the top 5 centre backs in the Premiership this season in order...

Many of those you've listed I never said get rid of. Some are simply being mis managed. But if you ask who should leave and who should come in.... AVB - Guus was the obvious choice before he went to Russia recently, the AVB decline was well in and the Chelsea board should have acted before Guus was unavailable. Now my choice is Martin O Neill. Bosingwa - Maggio Luiz - Coloccini Cole - Cissokho Mikel - Tiote Malouda - Hazard Torres - Falcao Meireles, Cahill, Kalou etc are worthy 'squad players'. The likes of Terry, Lamps and Drogs will also need replacing so Subotic, Erikson and Cavani off the top of my head. I was a massive fan of Carlo, he won us our only ever double ffs and had us playing attractive football with it. He even showed that he was a humble and genuine nice fella, traits I want as a blue from our leader (AVB is just full of excuses and hot air).

I like Ramires for the shift he puts in but where is the leadership? Mikel (who I do not like) would have been better suited to this game. AVB needs to go for his inability to see such obvious things. 2 players in Bos and Malouda that wouldn't get into a championship team. Which players to play against which opposition and in what system. Showing he cannot control big egos in a club. Something Guus and Carlo could. If a player (Cole) disrespects you do not even put him on the bench. That way you'll at least get some respect yourself. AVB was at Porto for one season. A league that Crawley Town could compete in.
