Now that we have the Russian national coach at our helm, I do hope that Hiddink stays beyond the end of the season, or Mourinho making a surprise comeback. Time is not on our side if we hope for Mourinho magic to tinker again at the Bridge. The Scouser has one eye over his shoulder especially when Benitez's future seem to lie at Madrid while Manure will settle for nothing less than another permanent legend in the mould of a winner like Mourinho.

Also, I feel that Chelsea can have a new Russian connection if we sell Malouda and Kalou goes to the gunners. It will be great if we have a swap deal with Van Persie. I think Chelsea should look East as bring Vagner Love & Yuri Zhirkov. We can renew their CSKA partnership by buying Man City reject Joao Alves Jo which is now on loan at Everton after his 18 mln quids transfer to Man City in 2008. Despite sporadic chances, Jo has a decent 33% scoring rate while trying to adapt to the robustness of EPL.

These are relatively young players - Love at 25, Zhirkov 26 and Jo 22.

Their link-up plays were instrumental in CSKA success leading up to the UEFA Cup and UEFA Super Cup.

Speaking of young players, English u-21 intl Dan Fox at Coventry is a great prospect for the future.

See his winner here against the Canaries. A left back making a mickey out of his opponent before a beautiful curler.

Keeping Hiddink or getting back Jose should be the main priority come summer. I suspect the latter is not possible any time soon.

Get rid of players that are old/not performing. Malouda, maybe Ballack.

I would never make a swap with Kalou going to Arsenal and VanPersie coming to Chelsea. Kalou is miles better and not a c*nt.

From the russian connection we should try to lure Zhirkov. He is really good going forward and will take on players. Anyway miles better than Florent.

Don't know about Jo though. Never really seen him play so can't say yes or no. He is young.

Kalou better than Van Persie?

Yeah, I disagree with that too. For me Van Persie is a great striker and is only 25. He has a wicked free kick on him, great left foot and has some pace too.

They're different types, but

no doubts for me.

Never seen something exceptional from Persie on Euro and later.

He can't dribble, so we could suggest he's penalty area striker, but his finishing is medium, which means he has a very strong shot, which drives always wide. Both Jo and Wagner are betters scorers.

Plokoon, Wagner scored at Villa park.

not sure about Jo - he was mediocre at best playing for Man City

Yeah!

Jo's time spent at City was wasted, he was struggling to find his best and it was such a promising J18 mln bid, but at Everton he has started well, good luck to him.

At CSKA Jo and Wagner looked brilliant as a pair, having scored some impressive goals in CL, in particular and Jo was better and more promising one

I actually quite like Van Persie, but I don't know how much I'd like a swap deal. I think Kalou is quite underrated in these parts. We should be keeping, not sending away, young wingers.

I know that you should probably just judge players on their footballing ability, but there are some players whose personalities annoy me so much that I don't care about how they play the game of football, I would never want them playing for the side I love. Van Persie is one such player; I really can't stand the bloke, he makes my skin crawl. I don't know why and can offer no justification for this apart from that my instincts say that he is a complete and utter tosser.

He is very talented, no doubt, but he is a twat and more importantly, very injury prone at a young age.

I don't want him anyway to be honest, he's a gooner.

ro-bin van-persie,

when a girl says no,

moleeessste her

kalou is underrated. always chips in with his fair share of goals and assists. 1st touch of a donkey though

not sure of players coming from the russian league. not the strongest in the world. don't know about zirkhov but i'm not convinced wagner love would be that good

1st touch of a donkey though

Bendtner has a touch of donkey, ball bounces for 3-4 metres (3 times against Roma), very bright future he has.

Kalou has a normal touch.

Zhirkov is most consistient and top drawer quality Russian player, but you don`t need him as a defender while you have Ashley and I can`t imagine Yuri as a rotation player in any team (he`s not Bridge).

As a midfielder he`s good in 3-5-2 or 4-4-2 direct formation, but as long as Chelsea play with Lamps, Ballack and Essien in the mid I can`t see his place in squad. He`s not great as a winger. He`s industrious midfielder, strong both defensively and attacking, good work rate (but Ahsley has a better one) and very strong on ball (stronger than Malouda or Ashley).

Wagner is not Drogba, he`s good when he`s being well supported by the strong striker or playing from the deep in a team overloading the central zone, using short passes and creating artifacial free spaces. I don`t think that suits well for Chelsea.

If Jo should adapt at Everton and should find his best form he could be linked with us once.
