Ancelotti's Rejuvenating Effect

Featured Replies

I think a bit much is mad eof age.. the best clubs have a mixture of Youth and expereince.. as long as a plyer still has it then his age is fine.

I can see Drogs about a year or maybe 2 at his best still.. lamps another 4 .. just gut feel.. I certainly dont want to hang on to them for the sake of it, I hope we dont go down that route.

Strachan, Wise and Sherringham(spit) all got better in their 30's without anti aging techniques.

Different level of professionalism though. Those guys were probably a lot fitter and a lot more professional than their counterparts.

Today players are professional athletes. I don't think Drogba is capable of lasting more than a year as his niggling injuries are what holds him back.

Anyway...it would be a major coup if Ancelotti brought some of his medical staff to Stamford Bridge and in the long-term, such an investment is as crucial as the youth system or young players. The MilanLab is widely known as THE best sports medicine facility in any sort of professional sport, and its head JP Meerssemann THE best sports doctor in the world.

Beckham passed the three hour ordeal, which also involved tests on eyesight and

teeth and a thorough examination of his medical records, before his loan was approved.

Teeth? How does that influence anything!

Who knows how Ronaldinho got in then!

Haha, Malouda credited part of his revival to finally getting his wisdom teeth removed last January.....
