What are the expectations when it comes to players leaving and being brought it? Do we expect people like Deco, Ricardo, Ballack, etc. to leave in the near future or later in the transfer window? Also, do we expect to sign somebody quickly or wait until later in the transfer window?

We would be fools not too buy before the World Cup, if a player that we're interested in takes the World Cup by storm then his price will increase dramatically.

What are the expectations when it comes to players leaving and being brought it? Do we expect people like Deco, Ricardo, Ballack, etc. to leave in the near future or later in the transfer window? Also, do we expect to sign somebody quickly or wait until later in the transfer window?

I understand Deco and Belletti are going back to Brazil, but I've no idea about the rest of our older players. We could afford to sell Carvalho and Ferreira now, but I doubt we'll hear anything about their future before the World Cup. I wouldn't be surprised if Hilario left during the summer. Ballack probably wants to have another go at the Champions League, especially now that he will be missing out on his last attempt at winning the World Cup. He has been linked with a move back to Germany, but if he really wants to win the Champions League with a German club, I think he would have to go back to Bayern Munchen and I'm not sure if Bayern would want him at the moment. So I wouldn't be surprised to see him at Chelsea next season.

I think Hilario will stay. He appears perfectly happy finsihing his career as a back up keeper and he is ahead of Turnbull in the pecking order.
