It is a shame that those two have not made the Serbian squad. Hopefully it will not deter either of them in staying at the club this summer.

It certainly shouldn't deter Rajkovic as he hasn't been with us (and he blotted his CV in a very big way with his lack of discipline) however Matic start thinking about his long term career soon.

I would have loved to see Matic face Australia :)

Not really surprised to be honest, Serbia has many well developed defenders and mid fielders within the team already, and don't have to risk playing youth that is not entirely proven in a bigger stage.

Serbia lost 1-0 to New Zealand today. Huge result for the all whites going into the world cup
