Just a quick post..

I applied for a Season Ticket in West Lower, and seemingly have been charged for one (this happened possibly about 2/3 weeks ago) but have yet to sent any sort of confirmation (either by email or post) of a) that I've actually got a seat or B) where it actually is

Is this normal at all? My loyalty points have seemed to jump up to 52 mind, so I guess that indicates one has gone through? Just a bit worried that I'm yet to hear anything.... p.s. this is a first time season ticket.

I renewed mine ages ago and haven't had anything except the confirmation at time of renewal.

Rather disconcerting as I then got a load of emails reminding me to renew and offering me membership.

Sadly, that seems to be par for the course.

If you got a confirmation you will be fine.

Never got a confirmation email or whatnot - just a debit from my bank account!

Par for the course unfortunately. Might be worth giving the ticket office a call to see if they can shed any light on your application. And congratulations if you've been successful - here's hoping to you bringing some noise to the library in the West Stand :JC_doubleup:

I am in exactly the same position, and I called the ticket line a few weeks ago (as I was desperate to find out) and the girl was very helpful and confirmed where my seat is.

I would not worry about it,seems normal procedure, a call to them will confirm its being processed and it will just turn up in a few weeks.
