Posted October 12, 201113 yr Hi guys, Just have a question for all of you. Normally we always buy tickets in the shed or matthew harding stand. But now with the liverpool game, was to late so no shed end only matthew harding seats (not good view). So my proposal was to take 2 seats in the east stand lower south ( besides the liverpoolfans), because the seats available had a good view. Bought 2 tickets with my membership, 1 on my name and 1 on my mate his name.(linked accounts). Now my mate is thinking we will get problems because this is a family stand and he thinks that we only may enter that section if we take a junior with us? Is this correct? I thought only single seats would be canceled. thanks in advance
October 12, 201113 yr Author hi Mike, Ticket office I dont wanna contact because they are really lame about questions... Only question they would answer correct is when I ask,Do you want my money? Last time they told me we couldnt pick up the tickets for the leverkusen game at the ticket office, they told us the tickets were sended out to us (10 minutes after my payment) and we have to pay for duplicates. So no tickets received on time,go to box office before game and there was our envelope...no extra costs.Tickets never received in my mail. So that's the reason why I would never call them anymore, It's useless. And always had to pay heavy phone costs because I'm from belgium. I believe more in the help of the real fans instead of the box office.
October 12, 201113 yr Hi mate, last year me and my brother was worried about this. We bought two adult tickets and sat in family stand with no problems :)
October 12, 201113 yr Author Hi Examino, is there a more firm handling by security staff in case fans shout something to the away end? i know it's a strickt policy everywhere, but maybe more so in the family section? (we will sit next to the away section) Edited October 12, 201113 yr by Belgian_SW6_Lover

(we will sit next to the away section) Hi We sit in East and North family section quite a lot. My observation is that if you have paid a reduced junior rate for the ticket it flashes amber when you enter the ground and green for adult. So as long as you have paid adult full rate (if appropriate) there should be no problem in getting in. Re banter with the away fans this should be no problem, neither with singing nor the odd sign but I suspect inappropraite behaviour will be pulled up bearing in mind there are also many children in this section... Don't expect much banter with the bin dippers tho, last season they had all had a complete sense of humour by-pass, burnt their shirts, provided lots of slit-throat gestures and tried to invade the pitch on a number of occasions - best fans in the world? My Arse.

November 19, 201113 yr Hello - I have a similar situation!! x 4 adults in lower east stand. They confirmde it on the website but I noticed after that they cancel adult individuals and the policy is two adults to one child!! What happened Belgian_SW6_Lover ?? did you get in? Thanks
November 19, 201113 yr I actually have a ticket related question myself. Usually when buying something on the Internet, the service provider asks for two names: the one the product is aimed for (in this case the person buying the ticket) and the name of the card holder. I noticed this wasn't the case on the official website. Since it's really hard to get a credit card in Finland only 20 years old, I used my father's, paying him the price in cash instead. Will this be a problem, since the card I used is with a different name than the ticket itself? I don't think it will be, but it creeps me out that it could be. We have the same surname anyway, and it has never been a problem anywhere else. We live in different addresses, so I didn't think of putting his name on there either...
