Next season will be my first as a Chelsea season ticket holder, so I have a few questions. I'm not entirely sure what the process is, like if we get a full set of 19 tickets or what, but whether it's that or an equivalent, when do we receive them? And how do we use them on matchday? Try and sing a bit during the game (nothing racist please).

You just swipe it over a sensor and in you go.(Premiership games only obviously)

Avoid the stewards if possible. Most of them are absolute c**ts. 

No idea when it will arrive in the post but if in the next month I happen to change job and start working with the people who send out the season tickets, I promise to let you know.

Otherwise I'd just relax and wait for it to hit the doormat, it's the break now!
