No not when you're dancing on the ceilling but that feeling you're going win something.

When last sesson ended (well actually after the FA Cup final) as I got a bunch of sh*t from Arsenal fans about the fact they had won the FA Cup and we had won nothing. I suddenly realised that we'd win the Premier League and League Cup in the 14-15 season. I just knew, and I couldn't wait till we had so I could have sweet revenge on those Gooners.

But this isn't the only time I've had this type of feeling.

Back when the 03-04 season ended I was at my old neighbours house, they were Gooners and they were lifting the EPL title. I suddenly realised we were going to take it from them the following season. I said "keep it nice and shiny for us" and they all laughed. They weren't laughing by the time the 04-05 season was coming to an end.

I knew we would retain it the following season, we we're miles ahead of everyone already.

However it also works the other way I knew we wouldn't win the league in 06-07 but I knew we'd win the Leagur and FA Cups before the sesson started. It was just that feeling again.

Anyway the last time I had that feeling was the 2009-10 season and it was after Drogba had scored the late winner against Hull. I just knew.

I don't like to share it though as I feel like I will jinx it for the season if I do.

Anyone else experience this?

I'm a strong believer of being careful about what one puts out and the opposite of that of course. If one is negative it will breed, if one is positive it will breed.

I wish I did - then I wouldn't be so f**king nervous every single bloody time.  For the last few weeks I have just been imagining the stick we would get if we screwed it up.

I'm so happy to be honest, it seems that way, we are strong, Mourinho knows we still have work to do, we aren't getting ahead of ourselves. 

 

We will come back the next season stronger but today we celebrate.
