Hello,

Sorry to post this here but I'm unable to create a thread under "Tickets."  I'm travelling to London from the States at the end of October and am hoping to attend the Chelsea vs. Liverpool game on 10/31 (one more off the bucket list).  I've been shopping the secondary ticket market, and would appreciate recommendations on companies that are reputable.  I had found some tickets with ticketbis.com, but their reviews were pretty horrible.  I'm travelling by myself and only need one ticket, are singles generally for sale outside the venue before the game?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I'd be very careful when it comes to the bit I bolded as ticket touting is illegal and theres also no guarantee the tickets are even genuine, if a price seems so good to be true it probably is.

Thank you, that is good to know, I'll focus on trying to get a ticket ahead of time.

I've used ticketbis as a last resort on 3 occasions and. I've been fine every time. Little tip tho........wait til closer to the game cos the price will drop. For example Newcastle away started at £140 each by then dropped to £45 each a week before the game. Good luck

Great, thank you for the response.  The reviews had me nervous, but then again it's probably the unhappy people who most often take the time to write a review  .  Interesting that prices go down as the event approaches, usually works the other way over here.  Thanks much!

I was lucky enough to see Chelsea play PSG here in North Carolina over the past Summer, looking forward to seeing them at home for the first time.

Hi,
If you traveling from States to UK, I strongly recommend you to buy tickets before your arriving.
I bought three times at Ticketbis an everything was OK. This website is legit and reliable.
Hope you enjoy you journey in Uk.

you will always, always, always get people selling tickets outside west brompton tube station. follow the masses and just listen for anyone offering tickets. they are clandestine about it but you will 100%, guaranteed absolutely definitely get a ticket. i have in all my years never been to a game where the touts have not been there, be it crunch league ties, trophy presentation, champions league semis.

never seen any of them getting collared by the old bill either, and have had mates use them frequently and never been disappointed.

if you can get a ticket before coming over then i'd suggest you do so, to save you the drama. tout prices will be higher for a liverpool match so best get one in advance, but if you cant then rest assured you will get one on match day. i've been going for years and its never been a problem.

have a good one.
