Well its looking like JM is being over ruled  on quite a few things

lets have your thoughts on the reasons why ?

Offering 20 million for stones was an insult to Everton and only got there back up

No other signings of real quality

the sale of players we have just sighned is this a money merry go round buy to sell for profit  policy

35 players out on loan all bringing income into the club

these are not the actions of Mourinho looking at his past endevours

Do we have the situation of the new stadium requiring all the monies ?

lets have your thoughts

No offence taken ,  feel free to move it , i guess i thought a thread that was started in 2012  and  has no single topic any more  wasnt really relavant

To Dellaw: Answer is no. We saw on Cech and de Bruyne. Mourinho blocked the Cech sale to Arsenal just to have the Board override his decision.

Same thing with KdB he didn't want him sold, and made that clear. Once again Board decided to sell him and make a profit.

Another one is when Mourinho wanted Griezzman and Emanalo gave him Salah.

Btw, the sale of Cech to Arsenal will backfire big time. If they win the title, the Board will be viewed as the biggest morons on earth. You NEVER EVER give your best players to a direct rival. Being a feeder club for profit is one thing, but feeding the best players to our rivals is just plain dumb.

There's a reason why Mourinho wanted Emanalo gone. However, Roman fatefully decided to keep him, now we're paying for it. Emanalo is an incompetent DT, and got his power from ass kissing the boss.

p.s.: Juventus have over 50 players on loan but nobody ever mentions it. Only when it refers to Chelsea.  Just saying.

I think that this is indicative of a lot of "top clubs" in Europe.  There will always be a board that runs things as the managers are never in place long enough.

Well lets put it this way, last pre-season Mourinho got the players he wanted and even put in a few personal phone calls to do so.

This preseason, anything he vocally said was either not done (wanting replacements and fresh blood to drive competition in the squad and remove any chances of complacency) or the opposite was (See Cech).

Now lets compare how last season started (some of the best football the league had seen in a while, certainly the best this club has seen since Carlo managed us to a double that broke goal scoring records) to the start of this season.

Now lets fire Mourinho, its clearly all his fault and this squad is so amazing it was picking up trophies left right and center before Mourinho came ..... or atleast that is how some posters would have you believe it to be.

No, it's pretty clear that Mourinho is merely a part of the decision making process and certainly not the main or sole decision maker.....
