Felt bad for the army vet with her PDST issues that were brought on from the lightning, bizarre how that can trigger bad memories and then make her mentally/physically feel pain in her legs!

I'd love to have a go at that sort of thing and got to say Bear Grylls is a legend, so apologies for the slow response but I'm with you mate.

I've always said things like this and maybe the tv show LOST I'd thrive in.

But in reality I'd probably crumble
