Chelsea were ready to launch an offer for Corinthians’ attacking midfielder Pedro Victor, according to the Brazilian’s agent. The 20-year-old, who is known as Pedrinho, has made his senior debut for Corinthians but has been spotted by Chelsea scouts whilst playing in the Sao Paulo Juniors Cup – a tournament for Brazil’s under-20 club teams. Corinthians won the tournament with a 2-1 victory over Batatais on Wednesday, with Pedrinho scoring five goals in the competition. ‘Some people are calling me and saying they are from this or that club, including with some bids,’ Pedrinho’s agent, Will Dantas, told Sport Witness.

What happened to that news? Should we give a try.? He's still very much not completely shown his potential at least by 'stats' (10 match 2 goals 3 assists highest dribbles), so will be very cheap.

I meant if he can be a small to moderate budget type buying..you know.
