This year's Championship season is shaping up to be truly fascinating - I thought it might be worth its own thread.

- Possibly the epitome of clashing footballing philosophies at the top: Bielsa vs Pulis;

- Everyone presumably trying to reconcile the positions of wanting Bielsa to do well and wanting Leeds to fail horribly;

- Super Frank's Derby County;

- A few long-term Premier League sides knocking about: Aston Villa, West Brom, Stoke, Swansea..

- Forest trying to 'do a Wolves' by spunking a load of money on a young Portuguese midfielder in a sea of Premier League cast-offs;

- Steve McClaren's surely brief QPR career getting off to a hilarious start - rock bottom with 0 points and having conceded 13 goals in 4 games.
