If it goes all the way, which it might, who would you bank on scoring for you from 12 yards?

My preferred list for our lot would be...

1. Xabi Alonso

2. Dirk Kuyt

3. John Arne Riise

4. Steven Gerrard

5. Mascherano

Edit, i meant to say our lot, not our lost, a freudian slip perhaps!

Lamps has been our regular penalty taker. He's been known to have his nightmare moments though,and so (as I'm sure I don't need to remind you) has Sheva. I'd go for:

Ballack

Drogba

Lampard

Kalou

Mikel

I haven't numbered the list because after Ballack I'm not too sure. If Sheva's on the pitch, he might well take one, and neither would I be surprised to see JT step up.

1.ballack - injured

2 lampard

3.carhvallo - injured

4.drogba

5.shevchenko - injured?

Sorry I forgot to add, if they're not injured.

If they're fit to play, I think these five would be my choice:

1) Ballack

2) Lampard

3) Shevchenko

4) Drogba

5) Terry

If Robben was fit, I'd have him somewhere amongs the five. Not sure who I'd drop, though.

This is all a bit premature anyway. Who knows what the situation will be, injury-wise and otherwise by next week.

cashley takes a good penalty- if he plays I'd have him there.

ballack obviously, lamps, sheva and drogba.... so that would make 5.
