Barn
West ham should offer them ?5m compensation and I bet they would take it and shut-up. It's good to see though that it's the whole club that are a bunch of whinging tossers and not just Warnock.
ethicalstrategy
to be fair they do have something to moan about! They have been the victim of an absolute farce. How the FA can show their face in public is beyond me. They are a disgrace.
yorkleyblue
If they'd won a few more games of FOOTBALL the situation wouldn't have arisen and we wouldn't have the Pikeys in the EPL next season. That said, they are a whinging load of muppets. I know, I used to work up the god-forsaken place. I got physically chucked out of a pub in Sheffield centre one time for politely asking the barman to fill my pint up to the top, as there appeared to be about two inches of frothy stuff on the top, and pleasantly suggesting that maybe, possibly, the barrel needed changing as it was obviously just about to run out! Cue virulent tirade of offensive remarks along the lines of "You cheeky cockney bar steward" (I'm from near Bristol and really really do sound like it too!) and the arrival of some huge ape in a suit, obviously too stupid to go down the mines so he got a job as a "doorman", and out I flew! Didn't even get to drink my 1/3rd of a pint of foul muck. Still, at least I didn't pay for it! That WOULD have been a waste of 47p And don't even get me started on the Yorkshire Ripper kev

The point is that West Ham should have been relegated and they weren't. So someone else is being shafted. Doesn't matter if it's Sheffield Utd, Wigan, Charlton, Man City or anyone else. If I was in that situation I would feel mightily aggrieved, and with good reason.
lauren
the FA is the problem they have no hard and fast rules for these eventualities and think they can wing it when it comes to decisions. they need to sit with a bunch of lawyers and have some kind of rule book and system - fines, points deductions, relegation, players sitting out, etc. all sorted out for all offences. Jack
Anyone think Kenyon has enough of the devil about him to go and tap up another player just to see if the FA have the bollox to dock us points for having a chin-wag, while Wet Spam only get a fine for playing a guy they don't own for a whole season? I'd love to see that one in the high court! They've made a rod for their own back - it makes economic sense to 'hire' players who need a shop-window for their talents, take the ?5m fine, and earn ?50m by staying in the Premiership. Derby should look into taking a few ringers on for the season (a couple of Brazilians and an Argentinian maybe) to keep them afloat for a year, use the money generated from staying up to strengthen the squad for next season and move their A N Others on to Liverfool and Manyoo, where they can be registered correctly and have the years experience under their belts - or is that too far-fetched?
